Thinking about Solman 7.2?  GROM Solution Manager Update

Welcome to 2016, the year Solution Manager 7.2 will be released.  Firstly, I must apologize for missing the January update as I was hiking the Tongariro Crossing in New Zealand!Tongariro Crossing

Following on from the December post on why go to 7.2, below is a quick summary of the impact.

Also, unlike the upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1, the 7.2 upgrade is standard, i.e. all content is upgradable. The main technical change is the stack split of ABAP and Java.  This is done as part of the upgrade process.  HANA is optional but highly recommended due to significant performance improvements and fully integrated free text search of ITSM and Solution Documentation (no TREX).
